If we ask our members if they just had a baby, we may email them with an offer for coupons for diapers or an entry into a cute baby contest. If you don’t sign up then we will not contact you. We do not volunteer your information on your behalf.
6. How do I get my winnings?
All you have to do is request a check from the link on your account page. Minimum withdrawal amount is $20 and you should receive your check within 2 to 3 weeks of the request.

1. I filled out an offer and have not gotten my tokens yet. What should I do?
Keep in mind that some offers reward tokens instantly while other may take some time. Below each offer there is usually an estimate of how long it should take to get your tokens. If the allotted time has passed then the first thing you should do is contact the offerwall help team. Each offerwall has a “missing tokens”, “Need Help” or “Offer Status” button. Contact them and they should be able to tell you the status of your tokens.
Please remember, the brand that is sponsoring will not know what you are talking about if you ask them where your tokens are. For example. If you fill out an offer for a free trial of NetFlix and then ask the Netflix help team where your tokens are, they will not know what your talking about. Companies like NetFlix pay these offerwall providers to make and manage these relationships.
If you still have no luck in receiving your tokens after contacting the offer provider then you should contact our awesome Member Relations Director Tracy at email@example.com and she will get on the case for you. Providing her proof that you completed the offer (like an email confirmation from the sponsor) and telling her which offerwall you found the offer on will greatly increase the chances of getting the tokens credited sooner. 2. I already have an account but its asking me to sign up after I spin the slot machine?
Once you have created an account, you always need to sign in before spinning the slot machine. If you are seeing the page to fill in your information and you get an error message after filling it out it means that an account has already been created using that email address.
